This is a way overdue announcement, but congratulations to everyone on killing Spine and Madness the following week.

We will be having a weekend Dragonsoul Friday night and Saturday Afternoon this week as something of a trial. We will continue this every couple weeks but it will not be an every weekend thing.

Read up and start watching videos on heroic modes of the fights.

Congratulations on 2 more bosses this week. Excellent work on Ultraxion and good progression and a chance to see the gunship fight. Use the opportunities in the LFR to work on mechanics this week

Congratulations on an outstanding first week in Dragon Soul.

3 bosses down and the 4th at 1%, lets make sure we all know the fights for next week so we can make it even further.

Please make the best use of the raid finder that you can throughout the week. This is an excellent tool that will allow you to fill gear gaps without much of a time commitment and will not save you to the normal version of the raid. The more people that do this every week (and the new heroics if there are upgrades) will make the progression in the 10 man that much easier.

We will still try to do a weekend run for mains that can't make it during the week and geared alts. This will happen twice a month at around 4pm on Saturdays. For now we will still be using firelands for this with the potential to hop in DS for the first boss after the firelands portion is finished.

Ragnaros and Weekend Runs

Congratulations on getting Rag down! Great work to all involved in both the kill and the progression to get there.

Also the week before we had our first alt run on Saturday and got 4/7 bosses. We are trying to find a time that works best on Saturdays to do this run so please bear with us if we have time changes.

We are trying to make it so the most people can attend and obviously raid composition (tanks/healers/etc) will make a difference in the decision.

At this time minimum average item level for the alternate run will be 355. This is to ensure we dont go in and just waste our time and to make it fair for those who are bringing mains to this run.
